These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those of MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED, Company No. 16251209, having its registered office at Heritage House, 34B North Cray Road, Bexley, Kent DA5 3LZ, England, United Kingdom (hereinafter "MANOR HOMEWARE").
The purchase of any Products offer on the www.manorhomeware.com website (hereafter known as the "Website") is subject to these general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale").
MANOR HOMEWARE may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. For each purchase of Products, you will be requested to confirm your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable on the date of your order.

Availability of Products
a) Pre-order
Pre-order allow customers to reserve certain Products advertised on the Website prior to their date of release (hereinafter "pre-order" or "pre-ordered product" or "pre-ordered item").
b) Product related to bespoke
Bespoke refers to the possibility for the customer to adapt or personalised certain Products from MANOR collections (hereinafter the "Bespoke products"). For further information, please contact us at info@manorhomeware.com.
c) Availability of Products
Product offers are valid while stocks last. At the time of validation of the order, there may be a difference between the stock available electronically and the actual physical stock. The sale is therefore conditional on the availability of the Products in stock.
MANOR HOMEWARE retains ownership of the Products until you have paid for the Products in full.
The availability date of the pre-ordered Product will be indicated on the order confirmation correspondence we send you. If the availability date alters, you will be notified immediately by email and/or by phone. If a Product becomes obsolete i.e. no longer to be produced or discontinued, we will inform you of such circumstance by email or by phone in due course. You will then be presented with the option to order an alternative Product from the Website or to cancel your order.
We shall not be held liable if Products are out of stock or become unavailable. We reserve the right to alter the Products offered on the Website at any time and without any prior notice.
Prices
The prices of the Products are in GBP, inclusive of VAT.
MANOR HOMEWARE reserves the rights to amend the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without any prior notice. Products are invoiced on the basis of a price list posted on the Website at the time of your order.
All orders are payable in GBP. To reserve your item, the order must be paid for immediately at the time of ordering. If any of the ordered Products are unavailable at the time of picking for your order, only the price and the shipping costs of the available Products will be charged. For information in delivery costs please refer to the "Delivery" page on the Website.
Methods of Payment Accepted
We use Stripe to collect your payment for the order. The following credit cards and debt cards are acceptable as payment options. Your order will only be dispatched after the full payment is made successfully.

The Products ordered remain the property of MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED until full payment for the Products has been received by MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED.
Shipping Method
Products purchased on the Website may only be delivered exclusively in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands).

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article 30 "Normal cancellation period" of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 protect consumers who buy goods or services online. You have a right of withdrawal for majority of the Products offer on the Website.
You have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products without having to provide reasons and without having to pay a penalty.
Beyond this time, you will no longer able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Any shipping cost occurs during the process of your withdrawal, such as the returning cost of delivery, cannot be imburse by MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED.
Exchange, Return and Refund
We do not currently offer a free-of-charge pre-paid return service. Please read the following terms carefully:
a) Exchange
When requesting an exchange, please email us on info@manorhomeware.com and indicate "Exchange Request" in the subject of email, follow by your order reference or an invoice number.
If the requested Product is eligible for an exchange, the initial shipping cost for the first shipment will be refunded, but you will be charged for the actual costs of the second shipment on the basis of the shipping method selected.
As an exception to the above, we do not offer exchange on the pre-ordered items or Bespoke products.
b) Return
As aforementioned in section 8, it is within your right to change your mind about your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products. You are solely responsible for the return of the Products and we will not be responsible for any error incur during the return delivery. Such as the loss of Products in transit, shipping to the wrong address or delayed delivery of the Products.
When initiate a return of Products, please email us at info@manorhomeware.com with the subject "Return Request", follow by your order reference and invoice number.
c) Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@manorhomeware.com. Once a refund has been requested, the product will be refunded within five (5) working days of receipt of the returned Products.
The refund, including the delivery costs of the initial order, shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.
Please note that we have no control over the refund processing time at your bank.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances may MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED be held liable for any damage not resulting from a failure on the part of MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED to comply with one of its obligations.
Force majeure
MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Products and services, during unforeseen events that impede normal business operations. Including but not limited to the following events:
a) Natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, or wildfires);
b) Acts of God;
c) Epidemics, pandemics, or other public health crises;
d) War, terrorism, or civil unrest;
e) Government orders or regulations, including trade restrictions or lockdowns due to health emergencies;
f) Labour strikes or industrial disputes that impact operations;
g) Failures of transportation, utilities, or telecommunications.
