We are committed to provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience to you. Before despatch of an order, all of the items in your order will be carefully checked for quality and condition, to ensure each product is free from manufacturing defect or imperfection.

Please note that the "hand-crafted" products we offer on our Website are made by our carefully selected master artisans. Due to this process, each hand-crafted item is unique and irreplicable. Slight variations may occurs in shape, colour and detail of the actual product you have received, in comparison to the product images that we have published on our Website. We reserve the right to accept a return or an exchange claim that relates to these variations.

For the purpose of quality and integrity of our Products, we have established the following Exchange & Return policy.

Exchange & Returns Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

   Upon receiving your delivery, we strongly recommend to inspect both the item(s) and packaging immediately. If you notice any visible sign of damage, please take clear pictures of the affected area and email us at info@manorhomeware.com to report the issue, along with your order number as reference.

   Reporting Timeframe: Any damage must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Failure to notify us regarding the issue within this timeframe may result in the item being ineligible for return.

2. Submitting an Exchange or Return Request

   Please email us at info@manorhomeware.com, with a subject heading "Exchange Request" or "Return Request ", followed by your order number and invoice number.

3. Return Eligibility

   Once we received the reporting email and assessed that a return is necessary, a specific return timeframe will be provided in our correspondence to you. Please strictly follow the return instruction and time specified. Failure to do so, may result in the return ineligible.

4. Item damaged during transit

   We would like to reiterate that any faulty item will not pass our quality check process and be sent to you.

   If you receive an item that is damaged, please report to us immediately for assistance at info@manorhomeware.com, along with your order number as reference.

5. Used or Altered Items

   We cannot accept any item that has been used or altered.

6. Packaging Condition

   The original packaging for the product must be included for a return. If the packaging is damaged, altered, or disposed of, the return may be rejected.

   To return an item, please use strong, clear tape to seal the cardboard box. If the original package cardboard box is missing, we may offer a credit note at Manor Homeware's discretion, provided that the item(s) remains in resalable conditions.

7. Made-to-order and Bespoke Items

   For customers purchasing Made-to-order or Bespoke items, please note that:

   a) Made-to-order and Bespoke items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and confirmed.

   b) If an item is delivered damaged, please report the issue immediately by emailing us at info@manorhomeware.com, within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

8. Cost for exchange or returns

   a) Please be advised that for any item returned to us via a courier arranged by yourself, we are unable to process a refund if the item is either not received by us or is damaged during transit. We strongly recommend you to appoint an insured courier service to ensure any claims for loss or damage can be addressed directly with the courier.

   b) Any shipping fees incurred for exchange or return paid by the customer, are non-reimbursable by MANOR HOMEWARE LIMITED.

   c) Once we have received and checked the returned item, an exchange, refund or credit note will be processed accordingly. This will usually take up to 14 (fourteen) working days.

9. Out of stock, Discontinued and Handmade items

   a) If an item is out-of-stock or discontinued and becomes unavailable for an exchange, we will issue a credit note to you.

   b) Each of our Handmade items are unique and one of a kind. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or replace with an identical item.
